Rodrigo Valades (29) holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey. He was also an exchange student in Germany and after finishing his university he had a technical training in Industrial Engineering and Quality Control in Kitakyushu, Japan. He has had the opportunity to share experiences with people from all over the world in different circumstances: work, fun, projects, trips and volunteering. Rodrigo has worked in Mexico, Germany, Switzerland, Greece and Hungary in manufacturing and services companies as well as universities. He conceptualized the "save something today" initiative.

 

Roberto Bonilla (50) is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Master Degree in the same field. He is the coordinatior of the Center for Human Emergence in Mexico and Latin America and also represents Dr. Don Beck and his Spiral Dynamics. He has more than 20 years of experience managing change in private companies and government. Roberto has also taught to bachelor and master degree students in several universities.

 

Alfredo Aguilar (45) es Ingeniero Industrial Mecánico y Maestro en Ingeniería Mecánica con especialidad en Diseño y Manufactura por Computadora. En el ITESM ha fungido como profesor de tiempo completo y como profesor investigador en el Centro de Sistemas de Manufactura. Ha colaborado en empresas nacionales y trasnacionales a nivel de dirección obteniendo bajo su gestión premios de carácter internacional, ha emprendido también varios negocios por cuenta propia. Desde 1991 se mantiene en constante actualización, tomando cursos y talleres, entre los que destacan: Coaching, Aprendizaje Acelerado, Tecnología de Grupos, Sincronización de Manufactura, DOE, Enfoque Sistémico, Evaluación y Diagnóstico, TOC, entre otros.

 

Victor Díaz (60) is a Chemical Engineering getting his title from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and at present studies an online MBA at Phoenix University. In 2006 he became an independent consultant in the following areas: profitability increase, organizational development and forging and casting product development. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the forging and smelting industry with significative expertise in a large variety of metals and alloys. In this industry he has worked in implementing quality systems, being responsible of processes, design and start up of new lines as well as managing the whole business as CEO. He has worked in Mexico and abroad. He runs marathons and speaks fluently English, Portuguese and French.
